January 1999 The Benefits of Radiation After Breast Surgery
Adding radiation treatment to chemotherapy after a mastectomy appears to dramatically improve a premenopausal woman's chances of surviving breast cancer, according to two presentations at the recent San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium.
