2/25/2006I am 58 years old and had a complete hysterectomy in 1992. Last year I was diagnosed with grade III (necrotizing) DCIS which was predominantly solid. The affected area of calcifications was approximately 5cm. I had a lumpectomy after the biopsy to ensure clear margins. My nodes were negative, and the hormone receptor test was positive for both ER and PR. I am in the process of receiving 30 radiation treatments and the next step is hormone therapy. Which should it be: tamoxifen or aridimex? Can you provide a good resource which will help me to make the best decision with respect to these two drugs? Thank you
