8/12/2006I am the 41 year old lady wiht the tunneled tram flaps. I may not have made myself very clear. during the first surgery there was solumedrol used and my real major and miner pec.became thin as tissue paper. this is why i have had a bil tram flap. so i guess what im asking is that if the flap has not produced enough tissue,I have had a few sets of implants since the tram and was told i have a great deal of scar tissue and that the implants could very well be thinning out my tram?., is this possible?.and if so ,can a Fat transfer be done? not a flap just fat.? Thank you
