| 2/11/2011 | I read where you said there was a slight uptick in recurrence rate at 6 years and then on another site it said this might be because people stopped taking AIs or tamoxifen at that time -- doesn't this suggest that they should be continued past 5 years then? Also - is the uptick associated more with people who took tamoxifen, since the studies show that 5 years of an AI following tamoxifen is beneficial? That is - does the uptick occur with those who took AI's too? | ||

| 2/11/2011 | the risk doesn't go up at 6 years. highest risk if during first to years, then risk drops some. Next milestone is 6 year mark then risk of recurrene drops way way down. | ||
