| 4/13/2011 | Hi Lillian, I have an appointment for my mammogram on July 20th, but I'm moving to Portland, Maine and don't want to fly back for it (but will if I have to). I tried to reschedule for an appointment any time in May but the woman told me that since it's a yearly follow up (not six month), I would have to pay for the mammogram in advance. Is there any way around this, like could I get a new referral. I'd only be coming two months earlier than the one year date and I so much want to have this year's mammogram and follow up with you all. I know I'll have to get a new doctor and mammogram up in Maine, but I'm not quite ready for this. You all have been so good to me. Any guidance is greatly appreciated. | ||

| 4/14/2011 | We are so happy to hear of your journey to Maine...a new chapter in your life. Unfortunately, we are unable, due to insurance requirements, to perform your mammogram earlier, without your having to pay out of pocket. Again, the insurance dictates this, we do not. We are always here for you...just a mouse click ot telephone call away if you need us, but if Maine is to be your new home, it would be beneficial to establish yourself with new health care providers. Truly, best wishes! | ||
