| 1/7/2012 | Asked about nuclear grade 2 pleomorphic question. Is being 2 ( ilc ) with moderate pleomorphic indicators place me in a greater risk category? Based on what I am reading, despite other good prognostic factors that in and of itself is significant. | ||

| 1/7/2012 | The grade is not concerning. the pleomorphic invasive lobular does have a higher risk in general of being more aggressive. keep in mind however that they are grouping ALL pleomorphic ILCs together when making this statement. If Her2 positive then this would be more concerning. if it were grade 3 it would be more concerning. Focus on your treatment and also focus on the favorable prognostic factors that your tumor has. | ||
