|5/2/2012||Follow up to my question from 5-1-12. I had a negative mammogram with negative spot compression views. The Radiologist still wanted ultrasound perfomed. An incidental finding was of a TDLU. (different location from the compression view) She said it was a TDLU, that we would go ahead and vacuum it out. My question is do you ever recommend taking out a TDLU? I have the report and it states the exact thing I just stated. Negative mammogram, neg spot compression, and TDLU.|

|5/2/2012||TDLU is part of the anatomic structure of the breast. Whether anything beyond noting it on a report is needed would be the decision of the radiologist performing the ultrasound examination.|
