5/6/2012I have ductile invasive breast cancer
1.6 size
oncotype 16
Angiolymphatic invasion
No nodes ( found less than 10)
Ki67 of 29%
Had a double mastectomy 5 weeks ago
Strong family history although genetic testing not back
Doc at moffitt cancer says no chemo
2nd opinion says yes
3 rd opinion says wait till mamaprint comes back
What do you say?
Very unsettled

5/6/2012we would be happy to see you in consultation to discuss this question with you. It requires more than just an answer to a posting though. your age, your health status, the grade, amount of angiolymphatic invasion found, degree of ER and PR positivity. confirmation that HER2 is negative. how aggressive or not you personally want to be too. So a thoughtful discussion can take place. We are currently not users of mammaprint and instead use oncotypeDX.
