| 5/6/2012 | I have ductile invasive breast cancer 1.6 size oncotype 16 Angiolymphatic invasion No nodes ( found less than 10) Ki67 of 29% Had a double mastectomy 5 weeks ago Strong family history although genetic testing not back Doc at moffitt cancer says no chemo 2nd opinion says yes 3 rd opinion says wait till mamaprint comes back What do you say? It requires more than just an answer to a posting though. your age, your health status, the grade, amount of angiolymphatic invasion found, degree of ER and PR positivity. confirmation that HER2 is negative. how aggressive or not you personally want to be too. So a thoughtful discussion can take place. We are currently not users of mammaprint and instead use oncotypeDX. | ||
