| 5/31/2012 | In 1999 I had a right mastectomy with an abdominal tram flap reconstruction of a new breast. I don’t regret my decision although I am not completely happy with everything about the new breast. I was told at the time I probably would not be able to do sit ups or anything that would require core muscles since I only have one rectus abdominis muscle. I have been working out with a personal trainer for 2 years and I am thinking that I might want to be in bodybuilding competition. My question is what will my abs look like once the muscle becomes lean and tight on one side. My concern is that I will have a 3 pack ab instead of a 6 pack ab and it will make me look deformed. Thanks for your help, | ||
