2/2/2018the JH Breast Center was recommended to me by MSK where i was in a
Breast Cancer Survivor-ship Program the past several years which included an annual mammogram, blood analysis, and annual visit with the NP that headed up the program. i am looking to align with a similar program here in maryland or at least arrange for annual check up and would appreciate any contact info that could be provided. MSK has advised all my records can be transferred once i establish a new affiliation - my last exam/mammo was June of 2017 so i would like to schedule something for this summer if possible. i am in the hopkins portal system from other visits since we moved here. thanks in advance,
